Tomorrow: "Move Me Brightly" Tribute to Jerry Garcia Webcast! Plus An Artist Update...

Don't forget, Friday's Jerry Garcia Tribute Webcast, "Move Me Brightly," will premiere live from Bob Weir's TRI Studios this Friday August 3rd at 630pm PST. Visit TRIStudios.com or Yahoo! Music to stream the show.
Performing artists include Bob Weir, Mike Gordon, Neal Casal, Jeff Chimenti, Joe Russo, Donna Jean Godchaux, Craig Finn and Tad Kubler of the Hold Steady, Chris Tomson of Vampire Weekend, Jonathan Wilson, Cass McCombs, Harper Simon, and Sam Cohen and Josh Kaufman of the Yellowbirds. Plus very special guests…
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, Benmont Tench will no longer be appearing on the show.
In addition to a one-time-only performance by the assembled artists, the Move Me Brightly webcast will include rare Grateful Dead concert footage and video tributes given by Garcia's peers including David Hidalgo of Los Lobos, Carlos Santana and more. David Crosby’s moving tribute, “’Cause I’m Missing Him Tonight,” penned specifically for the occasion, will be read during the show. Bill Walton will be in the house and Luke Wilson (The Royal Tenenbaums, Old School, Anchorman) will take a moment away from his day job to emcee the event.

That was a very nice thing to do. Now all can enjoy. This was a greatly energetic show with a lot of heart in it. The memory of this man was being strongly invoked.
I'm not sure if I have that, I didn't get setup til a bit late. After I get the songs up, I'll see what I have. Hope you're enjoying the music!
thanks for posting on youtube .... any chance you could post the first part of the show ... all those interviews?

I am uploading videos from each song performance last night (Tri Studios - Jerry Garcia's 70th Birthday).
Here is a link to The Wheel. You can find the rest of the videos there as I continue to post them. Go to YouTube and paste this link.

probably a combo of the high quality audio and video AND I just bet that Jerry's ability to draw a crowd had a little to do with it .... :)

Yeah, I had the same trouble with the streaming hiccups every 10 seconds. I made it through the excellent pre-concert tribute, but gave up about 20 min into the music. I normally have no problem with streaming. Maybe it's because the audio and video were such high quality? It looked and sounded great between the hiccups.

If you just type in "Yahoo! Music" it brings you to the Canadien site for Yahoo music, for some reason. Why does everything have to be such a freakin' mystical secret?
Silk Road?
Bit Coins?
E-Tree?
Is anybody giving lessons? I'll sign up!
I'm sure that I am simply being impatient, but I am not finding this anywhere. Does anyone have some specific coordinates for this re-broadcast on Saturday?
Had it running last night and checked it every once in awhile through the painful streaming interruptions. It really was awesome. I attempted to download, but found nothing this morning.

All of the videos are uploaded, including the pre-show interviews. I had some audio issues at the start, so some of the early stream is missing. Also, I ran out of recording space so GDTRFB & Ripple weren't captured (bummer).
I am working on putting up a full video clip that will include all of the show that I was able to record.
Thanks for all the kind comments.
Let their be songs...to fill the air...
Peace,
Bub
