Dan Healy/Dark Star Orchestra

EYES25
Ran into my old Friend Dan Healy at a recent DSO show in New Hampshire. With Dan on the soundboard it is almost creepy what DSO is able to do. I've heard some negative comments on The Golden Road from some of the callers about the band. I have a lot of respect for the Dark Star Orchestra, they aren't trying to be the Dead, they are an actual orchestra, nobody complains when the New York Philharmonic does Vivaldi or Bach. For anyone that was not lucky enough to have seen the Dead with Jerry I highly recommend a visit to a DSO show.

Not that impressed

Heard the show & honestly I was not impressed at all, sounds like they did not reherse at all and seemed to me the oldgang just was not into it. I think it was more for politics then for Dead Heads.

IPlease don't get me wrong, ig they toured I would be there in a heat beat, I also think they should include Donna at least for a few specail dates....like here in the SF bay area their home.
