wish i could go, Lenny Kaye talking about the Dead whod a thunk! much more interesting than another recorded version of Alabama Getaway. the impact the Dead had and are still having on us is astounding. thanks NY

I love Lenny Kaye and Patti Smith. Just saw them (Patti Smith Group) about 2 years ago at the Warfield; what an incredible performance. Lenny surely is a modern renaissance man!

Events like this are so annoying. A select few get to do all that stuff. Plus they got all the great NY shows over the years.
