This is from my first show. I personally lifted this poster from a telephone pole in front of Miramonte HS the weekend after the show. I have no idea who is standing to the left of the band (their right).

Original poster for the 11/23/70 concert at the Anderson Theater in NYC. I attended this show which opened with a pantomime guy, followed by New Riders with Jerry. I think the Dead played acoustic for a while , followed by electric set .. but no confirmation of this can be found, and I was tripping... so grain of salt.

My latest affair with the needle...
Got this tattoo at the First International Tattoo Convention in South Africa. Original artwork by Dragonserpent and tattoo by Dermadonna Rosanna. It is not finished yet, still has to grow around the ear and get a lot more detail. We will continue with it next year.

- After the torrential rain. I believe someone already posted a shot from the upper deck of the mud surfing pit on the field. This one is a little closer up, but with far poorer photographic ability. (Perhaps that haze was not just in my brain)

Along the general lines of you don't have to support the war to support the troops, I have long been impressed with the work of a group in the Bay Area called Blue Star Moms (http://www.bluestarmoms.org/), which seems to have affiliates all over. What they do is collect stuff for care packages and send it to service folks overseas.
